MV No Worries 47ft
Va'au (Tonga) - Vuda (Fiji) - Marsden Cove (Whangarei, NZ)
Jos Lilburne and his crew took over my boat No Worries when I was forced to make a sudden return to NZ from Va Vau Tonga. His ability to take in and understand all the systems and workings of my boat was a credit to his abilities at managing boats . His calm , methodical and skilled approach was incredible. My insurance company had no trouble approving Josh for the Passage to Fiji and eventually onto NZ. Although there were considerable delays to get the right weather patterns from Fiji to NZ , Jos’s patience and understanding of the weather made the passage a breeze. My boat arrived , as he had forecasted, in a very clean and tidy condition. I would have no trouble strongly recommending Jos to anyone who wishes to employ a delivery skipper.

SV Rahiri 34ft
-Sandspit -GBI -Marlborough Sounds -Lyttleton -Dunedin -Stewart Island (NZ) - Tonga - Fiji - Vanuatu - New Caledonia - Australia
Were it all started, a beautiful yacht with amazing people. After having read "South Sea Vagabonds" - J.W. Wray a friend and myself decided it was time for an adventure. We left University, got jobs, and realised something was missing. Quite like Wray we had a lust for expedition and adventure. Our budget was tight, forcing us to learn a lot about all the systems onboard an ocean going vessel. We sure weren't the biggest yacht in the tropics! Yet we gained vast knowledge and had life changing experiences; all for the price of leaving a job. @sailingrahiri

MV Sea Wolf 47ft Leopard
Opua - Southport, Gold Coast Australia
This has been one of my best transfers to date. I had been excited to cross the notorious Tasman. Unfortunately I don't feel like I really got the full washing machine experience. We waited for a nice high and had 3 days of millpond flat followed by 3 days of downwind which meant we crushed the nm/day. Awesome clients who were very happy to see their new purchase. Also had very good communications with 36 Degree Brokers Opua.

SV Sonadora 52ft
Denarau (Fiji) - Sulphur Point (Tauranga, NZ)
I was lucky enough to have Jos with me on the passage back to New Zealand from Fiji on Sonadora. Unfortunately due to time constraints we left Fiji and were battered for the first couple of days. With just the two of us onboard and the usual small breakages and mechanical issues we made safely back to Opua, Bay of islands. Jos was cool under pressure and aside from his technical abilities was just great to have as company! I would describe Jos as a natural seafarer and a person who goes beyond the call of duty! Jos also helped with showing potential buyers the boat and helping with test sales while delivering Sonadora to Tauranga. I’d definitely recommend Jos as a delivery skipper! Regards, Michael Courtney

SV Gioel 46ft
Tauranga - Chaffers Marina, Wellington (NZ)
Jossi was onto it from the get go. His ability to organise, schedule and cover all foreseeable possibilities from weather to kit, was invaluable and totally reassuring.
The trip revealed someone with great capability in boat handling, leadership and not the least, humour, as well as an ability to feed us all with freshly caught fish!
I’d highly recommend him to anyone contemplating a transfer.

Our yacht delivery services have the scope for both with-in a country or between countries. Jobs big or small our experienced skippers and crew can facilitate every situation. In-line with our PYS core values; we emphasize the safety of both the crew and the vessel.
Our departures are planned with careful consideration of the weather and prevailing conditions. Unfortunately we do not plan deliveries by a calendar alone!
Our skippers will evaluate potential passage departures using information from many different sources. The situation will then be discussed with the owner and a once a departure is agreed on the passage will commence. The final call will be made by the Captain. We know trust is earnt; through high levels of communication we hope to ensure the owner is comfortable with our control over their vessel.
